On September 15,

advanced RCH 155 wheeled self-propelled artillery systems to Qatar. In
exchange, Qatar will transfer 12 of its 24 Panzerhaubitze 2000 self-propelled
howitzers to Ukraine. Before being delivered to Ukrainian forces, these
howitzers will undergo upgrades in Germany to ensure they meet operational
